MCA fees for 23AC and 20B

Respected members,

Need to file the returns for a client from 2012-2013 onwards and want to know how much fees would be charged by MCA as when i go to the link enquire fees there is no option to select 23AC or 20B.  It is for a private company with capital of Rs. 1 Lac. Request you to please guide me as to what would be the fees.

Hi Dear

You can simply select MGT 7, or AOC 4 and check by giving back dates of 2013 or 2014...the fees will be the same for 23AC n all.

In the above table, for the financial year 2015-16 also, the ROC fees will be maximum that is 12 times. The fees will be Rs.3900/- each for AOC-4 and MGT-7. 

For the Annual filing of year 2016-17, the additional fees will be 6 times for AOC-4 which is 1800+normal fees of 300, total Rs. 2100 and 4 times for MGT-7 which is 1200+normal fees of Rs.300, total Rs.1500/-. As mentioned above for the F.Y. 2015-16.
