While registering the DSC, the user was earlier registered as a Business User as Manager. While changing the role from Manager to Director, the portal is sending an OTP to the old registered mobile number/email ID, which is no longer accessible.
Any solution to register dsc with the new number? Please help !
We have filed Form DIR-6, and the email ID and mobile number have been updated in the user details. However, while changing the role to Director, the OTP is still being sent to the old mobile number and email ID.
