XBRL issue

Dear Members, 

I am trying to Prescuritiny the XML File of XBRL through MCA XBRL TOOL but every time it is showing "

​PLEASE CHECK YOU ARE CONNECTED TO INTERNET."

 

​I am facing the problem for last 10 days.Find below the screen shot of the same.

Kindly note that there is no internet connection issue because I am continue filling various e forms at ROC .

I raised the ticket in ROC also.But still not get any reply from them.

If any one know the solution than let me know.

Change your internet and try. i.e try with fast internet speed or from open net.

Download MCA XBRL Validation tool V3.0.3 (latest one)

I am facing different problem from loast 15 days

1) DIN '_____' is not associated with the company at any time during the PeriodCoveredByFinancialStatements i.e. For Period 2014-04-01 to 2015-03-31.

2) DIN '____' is not associated with the company at any time during the PeriodCoveredByFinancialStatements i.e. For Period 2014-04-01 to 2015-03-31.

3) DIN '_____' is not associated with the company at any time during the PeriodCoveredByFinancialStatements i.e. For Period 2014-04-01 to 2015-03-31.

Any solution for this please share

Dear Members,

for filing xbrl document, first validate from latest available version and download fresh form from website.

DIN and product code related error will not occur if validated by latest version.

What does it means....Though I have attach the XML File and Prescuritiny the form.While uploading the form it is showing the following error.

for the first error- generate new file, validate from latest version of validation tool and also check java compatibality

HAVE ANYONE FILE FORM AOC 4 RECENTLY AFTER VALIDATION OF XML FILE.
