Who has to sign witness column in case of subsidiary Company of the Foreign Company

Dear All,

I am incorporating Subsidiary Company of the foreign Company.

Please let me know, who has to sign  witness column in MoA and AoA, in case of subsidiary Company of the Foreign Company.

Notary has to sign in witness column and then you need to get it apostiled.

Thank you for the reply.

After signed by the Notary's person in witness column. It is necessary to take signature of the professional again in the witness column.

Is it correct?

No, not needed. Only notary's sign as witness is enough.
But make sure MOA & AOA is filed in subscriber's handwriting, dated and signed by him.

No. Witness signatures are required. the professional who provides declaration or certification shall witness the same as per my understanding.

According to me  Notaries do not witness any document.
They  only certify as notarised    or  as copies

Further  witness to MOA /AOA  can be done by any person.Only he will have to provide his  identification details  and complete address.
For that  matter what  is witness-  states that  the executants of agreement  or MOA/AOA  have signed in his presence. Hence even a   employee of foreign company can witmess
