Form 20B or MGT 7

Should we file Form 20B or MGT 7 for FY 2013-14?

Pls advise.

all old e-forms are dispensed with (other than the annual filing forms ) . i do not think e-form 20 B is available on the MCA Portal. we need to file Corporate actions prior to 1.04.2014, in the new e-forms.

Form 20B to be filed. Form MGT 7 is not yet available.
