Form 11 LLP issue

Dear Members,

I am trying to file LLP form 11 on V3 portal but the error is showing as:

The revised filing of annual return is allowed only once for a financial year. 

I am filing the fresh Form 11 and not the revised one.

Please guide how to resolve this issue.

if you have taken it more than once, then the error is coming. we need to edit in the first form itself

I was facing same issue then I have raised complaint on our Mca portal and my issue got resolved.

You have to file last Year Return first, after that portal will update it, then u can file the next year

My llp was incorporated on 15.03.2021, according to which my return in form 11 is due from the period ended on 31 march, 2022.

please confirm.

I was trying to file the return but its not even logging in. Earlier was giving an error on financial year dates.

God only knows.

This issue are coming in those cases where you have already filled a form 11 and against of it SRN has been generated in application history area. 

So, you can not fill a new form. You have to reedit the old form and have to submit.

Dear members in my case, there are 4 DP, contribution entered for all of the 4 DP is as 80k,20k,20k,80k, total should be 200000, but it reflects as 180000, plz guide for the same
