Error while uploading PAN and TAN Application after resubmission of form INC-32

Dear All,

I have resubmitted spice eforms with MCA and after resubmission it is asking file PAN and TAN application. But when I tried to download the said form 49A and 49B, it is coming previous forms (duly signed dsc form). When I tried to resubmit, it is showing that file latest form. Where I need to download fresh form.

After resubmission of SPICE FORMS, the forms status is showing that the form will be approved only filing PAN AND TAN Application.

Anyone faced the same problem, kindly reply to me at the earliest.

I have not faced such situation but I will suggest to Try to remove DSC from 49A and 49B downloaded and then sign again & upload.

try again as just last night I filed resubmission SPICE and also downloaded PAN and TAN forms and submitted the same.....
