Service error occurred while doing Add Role in MCA Profile Update as professional

Does anyone have idea how to save the Add Role Option in MCA update profile, I am adding FCS number in Add Role but unable to save it, there is service error coming every time. 

is there any alternate option to save in Add Role, I am unable to file any form only because of this. getting error while uploading the forms that DSC is not registered with COP number.

tried on many browsers.

 Now, got the solution from MCA Helpdesk.

AFter filling all the details in Add Role Option, we need to select security ques once, then save. it will be done.
