Error in SPICE incorporation Forms

Hi all while uploading spice forms I get the error SRN of INC-1 entered in SPICE MOA inc-33 is not same as entered in SPICE INC-32. What maybe the issue I checked twice it has to be the same otherwise it won't prefill the name

No need to prefill the same just write the name manually in form 33 and 34.

Thanks for the info but the same issue persists. It says SRN in INC-32 not same as INC-33 and INC-34

Hello Sir

I was facing the same error....they said to raise a ticket and for the solution they have mailed a new form of INC 33, I have uploaded that form without any error.

Hi Ritika, can you please help with forms 33 and 34. I filled 33 using a sample MOA of similar company and in 34 I have included all the points.

I got reply back from MCA for resubmission sayin that other objects in MOA has to be matching with the main object.. They asked me to remove certain points from MOA.

Now I am concerned about AOA. I have included all the points given in Form 34. Do you think I can face any issues in same. Thanks

Fill in all the details required as per the form. Take precautions on utility bills and name of first directors should be included and definition of private company is also required in INC-34. Also include INC-9 and INC-8 and MBP-1 and DIR-8 in INC -32.
