MCA _Form uploading Error

Dear Professional friends,

I am trying to upload Form CHG 4 since last 2 weeks. 

Also, have raised query with MCA helpdesk but have not got any response yet. However, the MCA constantly shows error that Please attach DSC. I have tried uploading latest version and got signature of all signatories again still it is showing same error.

Even we are facing the same problem. There is no response to ticket, The form is again getting modified w.e.f. 07/06/2016.

Using Adobe 11 only...Its of no help either.

I have successfully uploaded the forms recently.. My problem has been resolved. Let me share how it happened:

Fill a fresh form.

Click on Check Form.

Do not digitally sign it.

First Click on Prescrutiny.

Once Prescrutiny is completed without any errors, attach dsc and save the form.

Please do not click on Prescrutiny after attaching dsc. Simply save it.

And try uploading it. 

I think this will help. It helped me.

Earlier I was clicking on Prescrutiny Button after attaching DSC as well and because of that i was constantly facing the error " Please attach DSc".

Please let me know, if this helped u as well.. :)

Dear all,

I am facing the same issue since past 3-4 months.

Raised many Tickets also got CHG4 in mail from ROC technical department. still unable to upload the form.

everytime showing error as PLEASE ATTACH DSC, though all DSC duly attached & also registered on MCA site.

if anyone has submitted CHG4, facing the same issue. kindly let me know.

but I've tried everything (Java, browser settings, adobe version etc).

and Bank official's DSC  I can not bring to my office.

i think this is a clear case of MCA Error and we are getting this error since the last two days for the CHG 4 and we too do not know how to solve this issue and to proceed further, we are helpless and clueless and raised a ticket with MCA

Only use Java version 7 update 80. Anything below or above that will not work as MCA only supports that
