Additional Fees for INC 20A

Date of incorporation of the company is 23/12/2019.

The same is not available in enquire fees

It should be 12 times the normal filing fee if you are filing now.

Dear all,

It is applicable from 2-11-2018. 

We need to file within 180 days from the date of incorporation.

After 180 days it show the maximum fee 12 times of normal challan.

However default for non compliance after  180 days the  penaulty would be Rs.50000 for company and Rs. 1000 per director per day (if roc issue notice )

That if we file INC 20 A before roc issue issue Notice, then we won't get any further prosecution regarding same.ROC will accept our filling ...

I am having same query, company was incorporated during April,2019. Bank account opened now in Feb,21. Can we file Form INC 20A only with additional Fees without any prosecution/ compounding application?
