PAS3- is condonation applicable?

Hi,

I want to know the additional fees for filing PAS3 for allotment of shares dated 2009, instruction kit for the form shows additional fees upto 270 days maximum. is it that condonation of delay is applicable if it is filed after 270 days of the event?

Please let me know regarding this.

Just upload the form and check how how much fee it is asking or wht other requirement it is asking for it is simplest and easiest way to check the fee.

i could have tried that option of uploading, but authorised capital is not yet increased, its in process

Dear Deepti,

Pls try not to do retrospective amendments....once it crosses 270 days you will have to go in for condonation of delay and this will be a costly and cumbersome process in addition to the extra fees that you will be paying for filing for increase in authorised capital etc

Pls think of all the pros and cons

Dear Jayshree Ma'm,

The accounts have been prepared from 2009-10 onwards with increased capital only, but no roc filing is done. Even annual filing is to be done under clss for the past few yrs, so i think we will have to do backdated increase of authorised and paid up capital.

Can u suggest any other option, if available?

i tried uploading dummy pas3 for another company whose authorised capital was more than paid up capital, the form is getting uploaded & i got next page with the fees amount also. No message came up asking for condonation

So i guess it should be through without condonation.
