Form INC-20A in case of Conversion of Firm in to Private Limited Company

Dear All

Is form INC-20A applicable to a company recently converted from Partnership firm.

because i can not file form INC-20A in V3 Portal of the said company.

Does anybody have a notification or circular regarding this?

Ideally, Form INC 20A should not be filed in these cases, since no new capital will be introduced.
