SH 7 AND STAMP DUTY PAYMENT

Dear All,

I filed a e form sh 7 for a tamil nadu company for increasing auth cap.But stamp duty was not possible to pay .Sh 7 is approved .Capital remains as before .I filed change request form ,and the procedure thereafter is unknown although CRF is approved.

Can any one guide further
