Please let me know that Form URC 1(For conversion of LLP into Co.) shall be filed as linked Form 32(SPICE) or it shall be filed subsequently within 20 days from the date of approval of name??

Dear Members,

Please assist in case of applying name for conversion of LLP into Company in RUN service after Auto check, following error displays:

* Proposed name is similar to the name of an existing Company/LLP 'JJRS PROJECTS LLP' in accordance with Rule 8(1)(a) of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014

How to proceed further??
