Dear Member,

Form MGT 7 point II,  PRINCIPAL BUSINESS ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY

All the business activities contributing 10 per cent or more of the total turnover of the company shall be stated

 Query : if the Company does not have income from principal activities but having income from other sources ( Like Interest Income from FD, Rental income Etc. ) in that case we have to mention about other income or not ??
