Payment deducted but Transaction not thro'

Dear All,

I made payment for Form 8 LLP and payment got deducted from Bank, but MCA showing payment incomplete.  But in Bharatkosh the status is successful.  What needs to be done???

The same thing for me also while applying for name reservation  i don't know what to do
