Form-3 LLP Agreement Change

Dear All,

I am in the process of preparing form-3 for filing the changes taken place in the LLP agreement details. but when i put LLP PIN and click prefill the details is not getting prefilled, only a pop up windows comes and says "Fill the LLP information with regard to LLP agreement". i made all the entries but when i click check form the error says please fill the details of the LLP (automatically it taken me to prefill button)

LLP help desk people are not aware of anything related to e-forms. specially few staff who not even aware that form-3 is for filing LLP agreement.

I want to know weather anyone of you have already filed form-3 (changes in LLP agreement) and  successful in getting the form prefilled.

You would have give block when you use the Form First time you kindly reinstall the software and give allow you can able to prefill.
