Downloading MOA & AOA from MCA website

Hello

First time I registered Section 8 Company recently. It was successfully done. I got Company Incorporation Certificate, PAN, TAN, DINs in the email. 

But I did not get MOA & AOA copy? Don't they send MOA & AOA also in mail? How do we give these to the client?

Because I didn't not get, I applied for Certified copies of MOA & AOA on mca website by paying fee & stampduty. 

Its been two days, in my workspace, the Request Status: Open. What to do?

The MOA and AOA will be which were prepared by you and attached in Spice. You won't receive it from MCA.

Hi,

MOA & AOA shall be certified by jurisdictional RoC. MCA never sends certified copy.

You can give a printout of MOA & AOA to client.
