What is the appropriate amount of stamp duty value for furnishing indemnity bond by the directors in Delhi? 

 

Is the indemnity bond, required to be furnished by the directors individually, also required to be on a stamp paper? If yes, what is the required stamp duty value in Delhi?

glad to inform that MCA has provided form STK2 for striking off the company.

 but i could not get STK3 and STK4 format which are attachment in STK2. also please share if anyone has format of taking consent of 75% paid up shareholding consent.

Hence EGM may / may not be held

Consent under this section to strike off should be got in plain paper stating name, address, folio no, no of shares held. and their consent to strike of the name of the company u/s... etc etc

Board can approve by resolution with with words  

.........subject of the consent of shareholders by special resolution or written consent of .. % of shareholders......
