buyback of compulsorily convertible preference share before maturity

Hi all, we have issued CCPS, now its near to maturity and we want to buyback CCPS.

so my question is, can we buyback CCPS before maturity if yes then what is the procedure for buy back of CCPS.

note :- buyback clause was not mentioned in offer document.

Hi,

Yes, it is possible. The procedure shall be the same as the one prescribed under Sections 68, 69, and 70 of the Companies Act 2013 and relevant rules.
