Form 9 with Fillip LLP- Upload error

Hello all

How to upload Form 9 with Fillip LLP as the partners do not possess DIN. I have attached pdf of form 9 with Fillip. 

Can form 9 be uploaded without dsc.

While trying to upload without dsc, on clicking upload button nothing happens. Please advise.

HOW CAN YOU UPLOAD WITHOUT APPLYING THE DSC, IF THERE IS OPTION THEN YOU HAVE TO

Form 9 prefills data of partners having DIN only, there is no option of filing the details of those who do not possess DIN. So, we cannot attach their dsc.

I have uploaded a Fillip with Form 9 today, in which none of the partners had DIN, I uploaded the Form 9 unsigned and it was succesfully uploaded and my payment for forms came about Rs. 2,131.00/-. so, It can be uploaded.
