in V3 Services ----> FO Services -----> Associate DSC error .. Please help to resolve the issue

Dear Members,
While I am trying to associate the DSC in V3 login . Then clicked on the Associate DSC . then the Mac website is redirecting to Mca application history . but not the Associate page.
Please suggest how to resolve the issue.

change his role to authorised representative and then associate DSC.
