dispatch of notice physical copy either registered post or courier

Dear friends can learned members clarify whether we should  send the physical copy by post or through courier. is there any circular from MCA.

Hi
Servicing of documents including agm notices shall be made through either by registered or courier or by email.
Now courier is risky since they have limited access throughout the country.
You may email agm notices and other reports to whom already registered email id with your company.

Dear All,

As per Section 20(2) of the Companies Act, 2013  a document may be served on a member by sending it to him by post or by registered post or by speed post or by courier or by hand delivery at his office or address or by such electronic means as may be specified.

For the purposes of sub-section (1) and (2) of section 20, ‘‘courier’’ means a document sent through a courier which provides proof of delivery.

The word 'by post' or registered post or speed post. It means you can  send AGM notice by Book Post. otherwise they have not added the Word by post  .
