ESOP Direct is a part of the Kirtane Pandit group, in existence for more than five decades, consisting of an Accounting and Consulting firm, a Software services company and a Business Process Consulting company. • Job Location: either of these locations of your choice Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune • Qualification & Experience: CA/ CS with 5 years’ post qualification experience in consulting in the areas of Management, Financial management, corporate finance, investment banking. Preferable from Big 4. MBA Finance with consulting experience can also be considered. Will work as a Consulting team member independently handling client engagements. • Candidates with willingness to travel. • Job requires frequent travel to cities within India (mostly metros / large cities) around 10 days a month for handling delivery of assignments. • As a part of the Consulting team, candidate will have CAs, CPAs and CS as team members and leaders. Role: • Conceptualizing solutions around Equity compensation, Performance pay and designing Equity based compensation plans (ESOPs, SARs, Phantom options, Restricted Stock etc.) • Advising companies on IFRS, US GAAP implications for Equity compensation Plans • Undertaking valuation of Options using Black Scholes and other statistical models, undertaking business valuations • Giving opinions on legal, accounting and tax related aspects of Equity compensation.
