DIGITAL SIGNATURE IN FORM-11 LLP

Dears,

According to the instruction kit of Form-11LLP, the form to be digitally signed by the DP. But there is space for DSC of two DPs in the form. Can the same person digitally sign in both space?

With regard to Form-8LLP, the instruction kit specifically says that the Form should be digitally signed by two DPs. 

Please clarify with regard to Form 11-LLP.

There is a problem Im facing w.r.t. filing of Form 11, where on prescrutiny it says, "The Form has already been filed".

Though it has not been filed.

Thrice we have raised ticket, and MCA asks us to download a fresh form and file it. The problem is still persisting.

when it is asking the form has already been files, it will show to file again then click on yes and do prescrutiny.  Form 11 LLP mCA has made few changes, so its better to download a fresh form and file it.

Downloaded fresh forms again and again..

Even today

While prescrutiny, it asks form already filed, do you wish to continue, then click on yes and do prescrutiny. it will come, i have faced similar issue. it solved and filed successfully.
