RBI Business user login Resistriction Error

Dear Team,

iam unable to login in my business user login of RBI Firms portal while entering login details the portal showing error as follows. can any one please guide me how to resolve the error for checking filling status of form FC-TRS of company.

User login is restricted - User rejected from workflow.  --

seems like your account is deactivated/blocked. Write a mail to RBI you will get a quick solution or just call them on helpline number. They pick the call and revert appropriately.
