In my case after successful payment of Stamp Duty Fee the SRN shows"  Waiting for payment of stamp duty fees".

Request If any one can share the procedure i.e, step by step for incorporating new pvt. company in v3 portal. I have to incorporate new company in my Group company. Kindly help.
