Problem in uploading eform 32

Hi,

 

Though the eform 32 has been filled correctly with respect to cessation of Company Secretary, it shows prescrutiny error (screen shot attached).  Then on trying to upload the same eform couple of times it shows a message as transaction error (screen shot attached) with a reference ID asking to contact help desk/back-office support.

 

Please guide me on the issue.

Download the fresh form, fill the same,  wait for sometime, than try once again.

the eform32 u r trying to uplaod might hv been corrupted.Plz try uploading the same form after some time( coz mca portal remains down someties) or download a new form and fill it up and uplaod.

Hey Reshma

i agree with the suggestions of Akshay and Shekhy, just like to add one thing more here that instead of filling whole form again you can use import and export feature provided under document tab of the pdf file.

Hi Reshma,

 

The same thing is  with me in annual filling forms . For this u can call MCA and then mail the forms to the concerned person in MCA. They will upload it and mail u the challan.

hi,

down load new form, open old form click on documets -forms- export to
desktop & open new form click on documents- forms -import from the
file which u saved on desktop. the new file will b autometically
filled.this option will reduce your time in filling new form, only u
have to attach the attachments if any & DSC.

Dear Esha,

Do not fill forms by using import and export option because this process will corrupt the new forms also (If old forms were corrupted). Hence there is chance of prescrutiny error. So always fill the forms freshly.

I think you have entered first name and last name wrongly. Enter the
details as per records available in institute website (www.icsi.edu).
In your case last name is filled up with C K and first name is the
name of person.

Fill in the details as per institute website you will be surely able
to upload the form 32.

Sometimes, I faced the prescrutiny problem even after uploading the fresh form because i used Import & Export option to fill the those new forms. While I filed those forms without using Import and Export option, no errors were occured.

Thanks for overwhelming suggestions.

 

As suggested by M/s Patnaik & Laksmisha Babu, the problem was because of the name format hosted on the ICSI website.  On filling the eform with the name format as hosted on ICSI website, I could successfully upload the eform.
