Got PAN & TAN of new company but not Incorporation Certificate.

Hi  everyone ,

I got PAN & TAN to company's mail one hour back (Company is newly registered Private Company) , but I didn't get Certificate of Incorporation. How many days it will take to get Incorporation Certificate ?

First company is Incorporated after that PAN and TAN comes. Hence check from company status.

Madam , 

It is obvious that after incorporation only we will get PAN & TAN  but here my concern is I didn't get ''CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION''. Yes , I have checked Company Status vide SRN no under Track SRN  in mca website , Company status is displayed as  ''PENDING FOR ISSUANCE OF PAN & TAN ''

It happened with me where the Company got registered but status was showing as “pending for issuance of PAN & TAN means the same was pending from NSDL. So you can wait for around 2 days then you will get an approval mail from MCA & along with that you will get COI

Don't worry, I incorporated one company in July of which PAN and TAN were issued first (mail received) and COI came 4 hours later and in between checked the status on MCA which was shown as pending for approval.

So don't worry, COI will be issued in few hours.
