If any one filed forms for closure of company or to convert a company as Dormant under CLSS, please write me what is the fee challan generated.

I came to know from one of my friend, that the challan is generated as Rs.5000/- without any rebate.

Hi,

For converting a company to dormant status, auditors certificate is mandatory. Can anyone please provide me the draft of the auditors certificate asked for?

I couldnt locate anything regarding the content of the certificate as statement of account is to be certified by the chartered accountant apart from the auditors certificate.

Please let me know regarding it asap.
