Error while uploading Forms on MCA

Dear All,

 

While uploading the forms on MCA I am facing problem. It is showing "transaction error please contact the back office". I am not understanding what kind of error is this.

 

Please tell me what can be the reason for such type of error.

This is the usual error shown by the MCA portal. Just wait for some time and upload the form again.

I have tried so many times. But it is showing same error again and again.

i just called up the help desk in Chennai and was informed that the servers are running very slow and was advised to try after 3 P.M. today. it has been like this since Saturday 9th July.
