DIR-5 Submission error

we have tried to file DIR-5 for surrender of DIN due to multiple DINs, but at the time of submission of the Form the same is showing error that "at least one din should be retained as DIN <> is associated with one or more Companies" even though we have mentioned to retain oldest DIN.
