Urgent Query on SOFTEX FORM filing

Hello everyone

One company situated in domestic tariff area is engaged in export of software products and services. 

So do we need to file SOFTEX FORM? If yes, then do we also need to obtain STPI registration (our unit is not situated in any STPI/SEZ/EHTPI)?

Also where to submit SOFTEX Form over STPI portal or to AD Bank or what are the concerned authorities?
