The company not created udin and fild form 7. What will be the impact.

What is the impact of PCS not creating UDIN for signing of MGT-7?

No issue for Company but it is a matter of professional noncompliance for the PCS.

 As per Clause 8 of ICSI Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) Guidelines, 2019 - 

"Any non-compliance with these Guidelines shall render the PCS liable for action under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 read with First Schedule and Second Schedule to the Company Secretaries Act, 1980."
