Subject: [CSMysore] Re: Can trust be a member of Company?
Yes, trust can be a member of a company.
In my opinion, no provision in companies act, 2013 prohibits a trust to become member of companies act.
Trust is a body corporate and any body corporate can be a member of the company.
However, a trust can hold shares in the company trustees.
