Format of AGM notice for re-appointment of auditors

Hi Friends,

A small co incorporated in April 2021. Till date ADT-1 not filed for appointment of first auditors. The company says that ADT-1 is not required to be filed for appointment of 1st auditor. They held the first  AGM on 30th Sep 22, now they want to file ADT-1. Is it ok? what are the docs required with ADT-1.

Can anyone please  share the draft notice for re-appointment of first auditors for 5 years.

Appoint Subsequent Auditor for 5 Years from 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2027. Ignore ADT-1 for the first auditor appointment now.
