how to rectify PAS-3 form list of allottees

dear all

by mistake in the list of Allottees attached to form PAS-3 i have given wrong no. of shares to be alloted to two shareholders. now whether there is any way to resolve this ? as PAS-3 is a STP form.

Dear Mr. Singh,

I believe we can file a revised Form PAS 3 with legit details.

We did the same thing once and we did not face any further problems from ROC in this respect.

Others views are solicited.

mam the no. of shares to be alloted to a shareholder is interchanged with those of another.. so i beleive i need to file again.. whether i am required to file anything else like Note mentioning abt the earlier form filed and the mistake occured then and the fact we r filing it again..?

one more thing the form PAS-3 i filed everything is right in it.. so if i file it again whether it will have any effect on the figure of paid up cap showing in master data.

if it is only an interchange i think you do not have to re-file

however if you wish to re-file keep a note asking to ignore the form filed thru SRN No.....if there is no change in paid up capital then no effect

mam we r yet to file annual return of that company and the form PAS-3 is being filed back dated in the mth of March, 2014.. so whether it is possible i don't re-file it and make the necessary corrections abt the no.of shares that hav interchanged in the format of annual return to be filed along with form 20 B

Mam one last thing i want to know.. whether i can attach a Note mentioning abt the typo error occured while filing form PAS-3 along with SRN No. and the fact that we r filing correct details now in form 23B and to take on record this shareholding only.. i think it will be good to do so ? can i do this ?

You will have to discuss this issue with the concerned ROC since it's a STP form.
