For our Company too the same problem in viewing View Index of Charges.

Dear All,

Faced with the same situation in the course of making a search report, I hit upon a plan. I have made a very detailed comment whereby I have stated that I shall not be liable for any error in the Search Report because of MCA site errors, and that the sole responsibility thereof rests with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Government of India and their Software Vendor.
Request other professionals too to include this disclaimer. Once such report goes to Banks and is commented on by RBI, all hell will break loose for the persons responsible for the present fiasco.

same date appeared in my company charge list also

 

When busy schedule i.e.  july to september,  it is very difficult to manage the affairs.

 

Now first charge register get corrupted and  next some other data will get corrupted

 

This is wake up call for MCA officials

Entire MCA data consists of corrupt companies! All scam tainted companies. No wonder the data is corrupted. So be it!

may be each one of us should raise a ticket at MCA portal to bring this error to the notice of MCA.

there should actually be a error reporting system in the software programming done by TCS, called as Internal check or control / audit, so that when ever there is a bug in the software, it should get detected automatically and throw up a warning.

Now all stakeholders have to start making noise and wake up the sleeping giants MCA /TCS / INFOSYS / NIC ETC.

Now it is more than a week since this problem has occurred and I am sure MCA must be aware, but this this fact has not been acknowledged as a Public Notice. This is a significant issue which has to be acknowledged by the MCA .
