Dear CS Rahul Khanna Ji,

Thank you for sharing the details on the group. It helps all of us collectively do better. 

Recently, I filed an MSC-1 (jursidiction of ROC Kolkata) and it came back as marked for resubmission with the following remarks.

" Please furnish an affidavit stating the company is in compliance with Rule 3 of the Companies (Miscellaneous)

Rules, 2014. Auditor’s certificate in appropriate format , Statement of affairs duly certified by Chartered
Accountant or Auditor(s) of the company, Copy of approval or no objection certificate (NOC) from the regulatory
authority in case company is regulated by such authority , Latest financial statement and annual return of the
company, Consent of the lender if any loan is outstanding , Certificate regarding no dispute in the management or
ownership to be furnished.Auditor’s certificate in appropriate format to be furnished. This is the final opportunity
being given to the company for filing the corrected e-form with all relevant supporting annexures, otherwise the
instant e-form will not be taken on record (marked as NTBR).

The defects or incompleteness in any respect in this eForm as noticed by the Registrar have been placed on the
Ministry website ( www.mca.gov.in). In view of the above, you are therefore, directed that this eForm should be
resubmitted  complete in all respects by 17/12/2021 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall
not be taken on record or transaction shall be cancelled."

As they have mentioned auditor certificate in appropriate format twice, I am of the opinion that my format may have been incorrect. I am sharing my filed auditor certificate with you.

Kindly share the auditor certificate filed with your MSC-1 filed for Ahaan Builders if possible to help me out.
