STAMP DUTY ON LLP AGREEMENT

Hello member,

How to pay stamp duty on LLP agreement.

Now franking is difficult because of Bank rush and its urgent.

Can we pay stamp duty online on MCA on LLP agreement....OR

Can anyone help in payment of stamp duty through GRASS App.

I want to do in Pune for llp agreement.

In Pune, it's very simple. You can go to WMDC in Shivajinagar. Pay the cash & they will frank it within a few minutes. No need to even pay via GRAS.

No need. You can take a print on legal paper & frank it. 

I too incorporated a few LLP's in this manner. It's allowed.

Heny,

Stamp duty on LLP agreement in Maharashtra  can be paid through GRAS website. 

1. Register on  

gras.mahakosh.gov.in

2.. Preferably use Mozilla Firefox browser.( easier to generate challan with this browser)

3. Dept: IGR    Payment Type: Non Judicial Stamp Paper

4. Scheme Name: Purchase of Franking Code IGR Rest of Mah  (Since you have mentioned Pune)

5. Period: One time Adhoc

6. Amount detail: Fill up  relevant amount against Stamp Duty 

7.In payee detail , only name of the party to the agreement  is mandatory to be filled in. 

8.Mobile No : Can be professional's mobile number.

9. Remarks Clause is very imp: You may mention  "Stamp duty towards LLP Agreement between _____ ( describe the agreement  in limited words)"

10. Make online payment.

Challan gets generated immediately. 

Scroll no of the Bank  gets  generated on the challan after 2-3 days .Login and download the challan . 

We can attach this to  the agreement, mentioning on it , that it forms part of the LLP agreement. 

I have recently done this for a  Supplementary LLP agreement in Pune . Form 3 has been approved.
