Form AOC-4a

Dear All,

 

Please help on this:

 

when I upload Form AOC-4, the MCA portal asks for Form AOC-4a but when I search for AOC-4a on MCA portal no form is available as such.

Now, what is Form AOC - 4a and how can I upload Form AOC - 4.

This is because the size of the form exceeds 2.6 mb. Otherwise you can proceed with continue payment option. Download the form with help then u can find aoc 4a addendum.
