Hi Friends

What is the procedure to get certified true copies of the MoA, AoA & the Certificate of Incorporation from the MCA? I am aware of the link "Get Certified Copies" on the MCA site where we can select all documents we want and then make a payment online itself.

What I would like to know is: Will the MCA courier the documents to the registered office address, after making the payment of the required fees? Please clarify.

Thanks

Hameed

Dear Member,

Yes. You will get the documents through post. Or you need to collect it from ROC personally.

This is what is mentioned on the MCA site:

You can avail this service by using the Get Certified Copies service. Once you make the necessary payment, your request will be routed to the concerned ROC. You need to approach the concerned RoC office along with the stamp paper of the requisite amount for getting the certified copy of the documents.

Is it mandatory to visit the RoC office after the payment on the MCA site?

What does "Stamp Paper of the requisite amount" mean here?

Thanks

Hello,

Yes, you need to visit ROC for having certified true copies...

And you will have to take stamp paper of each document as they affix the document with stamp paper and get seal on that document..
