DIN approval status

Dear All,

This is regarding DIN form filed online.

The Transaction status is approved but how to check the DIN No. as  i have not received email for the same.

Kindly help.

Dear Girija,

You do one thing on MCA website go to Director Identification Number tab then  go to GO DIN APPLICATION and fill all the details apart from Provisional DIN, you will get the DIN. of the Director.

I have already tried filling DIN application to retieve the DIN no of Director but it shows the message no records found and if i try uploading the DIN form it shows DIN already existing against PAN card.

Can anybody pls provide me DIN Cell No.

Even we faced the same problem few months ago, please go to the view payment status and generate the same challan after 24 hours. you will find the Din No in that challan.

If you have filed DIN application today. You will receive a mail tonight containing DIN of the concerned person. I have faced the same problem.

Dear Girija,

So far DIN approval letter is concerned in the case of e-filing off DIN form no approval letter is issued and it is allotted in MCA Challan for payment of din-1 and when this form is approved it becomes your Original DIN and if form is disapproved it becomes void.

And answer to your second i.e. while uploading DIN Form you received a message that is already exist. go to Director Identification No. link in Services in MCA 21 or you may follow this link:  http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAFODINPortal/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=34 

You need to fill up Name & DOB & Fathers Name and you will get your DIN unless details are not mismatched as given in DIN-1 Form when filed.
