ROC fees calculation

Dear Members,

How fees calculation is to be done, in case of annual filing for 2008 to 2013.

Is new fees structure applicable, if yes how to calculate fees. Also in case of old fee structure, how to calculate fees, since fees calculator is still not working.

If yes, plz tell me relevant section or share relevant detail
