COI not received through Mail

Dear All,

Recently I have Incorporated a Company but I haven't received a Certificate of Incorporation (COI). I have raised a ticket on MCA and their reply is:

Dear SH,COI is generated with DMS ID:347528485

Can anyone explain me what are they talking about?

Even i have not received a certificate in case of name change. In V3 we even cannot receive thes SRN  Approved challans.

What we can do in these case?

Application section.

You have to download the zip file after inc24 is approved.  In the zip file you  an find the new COI.

Stakeholders please note that there is a delay in issuance of TAN (Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number) from NSDL, which is resulting a slight delay in obtaining COI (Certificate of Incorporation). All pending COI will be issued as soon as TAN is received from NSDL.

In your case please check all promoter's mail ID and your mail id (incl Spam).[all mail id given in the incorporation forms. i.e. PartB , AGILE_PROS , etc.]

If not available, wait for 3-4 days then you can visit your ROC.

In our case, PAN no we got from helpdesk, TAN letter received on mail. Now awaiting PAN soft copy and COI from last 15 days.
