Clarification regarding deduction us 80DD and 80DDB

Dear Members,

Please clarify me while filing individual return can an individual claim deduction under both 80DD and 80DDB Dependent father after brain stroke suffering from paralysis.

i think, you can claim, but any one 80DD or 80DDB
