XBRL applicability for FORM AOC-4

Hi,

We had filed the data in XBRL for AOC-4 in the year 2021-22 since the turnover had crossed 100 crores..

This year 2022-23 has a revenue of 70 crores only..

However in the FAQs on the MCA website, it says:

As per MCA circular, all companies who were required to file in XBRL mode in any of the earlier years are mandatorily required to file in XBRL mode this year as well. MCA recommends that a company which has done filing in XBRL mode last year on voluntary basis should continue to do so in subsequent years as well.

Please confirm about this applicability as on date ?

correct

but we should write to MCA through ICSI to relax the same, provided lapse of certain period, say atleast 3 years or something like that which ensure due compliance and also providing relaxation for Company
