Conversion of Pvt. to Public Company

Can anyone let me know that for conversion of private limited Company to Public limited company Approval of NCLT is required or Not?

what is the procedure for conversion of Private Limited Company into public limited company. If someone having a draft documents Kindly mail me.

Actually NCLT rules only mentioned about the conversion of public company into a private limited company, and covered section 14(1) also includes also pvt. to public.

I wanna to now about that whether the mentioned rules also applicable for the conversion of pvt to ltd. company or not.

not required if pvt to public ltd.. simple call EOGM and change AOA....n file form MGT-14 n INC27

sec 14

Provided further that any alteration having the effect of conversion of a public company into a private company shall not take effect except with the approval of the Tribunal which shall make such order as it may deem fit.
