I am changing a name of the Company..ROC has asked for INC-24 re-submission asking for Declaration as per rule 29(1) of the incorporation Rules to be filed in GNL-4

Can some one share the format for the same. Its bit urgent

The company is duly complied with and filed with necessary application/documents the concerned authorities.
